Chandra Mukhi Impex Limited

CMIL operates a modern manufacturing unit in Kolkata spread over 65,000 sq. ft. running the full garment creation process from cutting to packing, giving us a capacity of approx. 150,000 units per month. ICMIL also works with partner factories in Bangladesh to produce an additional up to 150,000 units per month.

The unit uses the latest imported machinery; a Gerber CAD system for pattern designing, fabric spreader from Eastman, and stitching and finishing machines from Brother, Juki, Sunstar, Kansai and other leading brands.

Our unit is certified under the SEDEX and SA8000 social standards as well as for the ISO 9001 quality management standard. CMIL also has FAMA approval for manufacturing Disney products.

Prabhu Poly Color Limited

PPCL has a mix of twin screw and single screw extruders, both local and imported, at its Chennai and Kolkata units, with a combined production capacity of 2500 MT per month.

Our state-of-the-art in-house laboratory includes blown film plants, mini tape plant, lab model monofilament plant, CBC tester as well as universal tensile machine. This allows us to test all products for their physical as well as mechanical properties to ensure flawless R&D and online QC to ensure zero rejection against all supplies. Dedicated production lines for black and natural/white colours helps avoid cross contamination of colours.

Prabhu Poly Pipes Limited

In a sprawling campus located in Sankrail Industrial Park, PPPL has over 60,000 sq.ft. of cover shed housing extrusion plants and other allied state of art machinery. We have a separate raw material warehouse and a shed for storing finished goods.

We operate latest state-of-the-art twin screw Extruders with German technology for manufacturing uPVC Pipes. These machines offer high quality plasticizing capacity, higher operating speeds, and precise control of processing parameters to ensuring consistent quality output.

Most of the inline processes are automated and CNC machines deployed to minimize threading defects in uPVC and HDPE pipes.
