CMI has two manufacturing units located in Kolkata with a combined space of over 40,000 square feet (3700 sq.mtrs). Currently we utilize about 25,000 square feet with almost 40% space free for future expansions. We have additional captive satellite units that we have created with our investment for generating local employment that also help us expand our capacity. Our current annual production capacity is approx 800,000 pieces. The extra space we have and the availability of an ample labor pool in the region gives us the flexibility to further expand our capacity in a short period of time.

Our unit uses the latest technology with imported stitching and finishing machines made by renowned manufacturers like Brother, Juki and Sunstar. We have an advanced CAD system from Gerber, Germany, for precise pattern making and drawing. Our certification under ISO 9001:2008 from DNV, Netherlands demonstrates the quality systems and procedure we have put in place to ensure efficiency and quality.
